Your guide to
brighter health
Using biology to build body confidence & demystify metabolism
You want to hear it: Your body isn’t broken. But wellness and diet/lifestyle dogma might be sabotaging you, big time.
If you’ve spent years trying to eat as “good” as possible in the name of optimal health (only to feel stressed and stuck), you’re not alone there. It’s a trap!! Most of us picked up food rules that actually slow our metabolism and dim our energy.
Hi, I’m Blaine 👋🏻 I’m a chef-trained nutrition coach and health educator. After over a decade working in the wellness and food worlds, I’ve learned a thing or two about what’s helpful when it comes to health (and what isn’t 🙃).
Now I help women rekindle their body’s inner fire through solid science and the joy of food.
✨ I created a quick self-assessment to explore your relationship with food and how it’s affecting your energy & metabolism. Your results will (I hope!) point you to your next step toward healing and energy abundance.

Chef-trained nutrition coach.
Health educator with a BSc in Human Biology.
Obsessed with decoding the natural systems that power our lives.
After studying everything from Biochemistry to the Sociology of Health at UT Austin, I ditched med school dreams for culinary school in NYC, where I specialized in culinary nutrition.
Since then, I’ve cooked for conscious brands like Ritual, CAP Beauty, and Osea, and ran my own private chef business in LA.
These days, I get hyped about teaching the complete truth about metabolism — how to eat more, feel energized, and improve your body composition after years of diet culture. I’ve lived the full spectrum: food as obsession, enemy, and now, permanent friend and source of pleasure.
I’m here to help you find that same freedom in yourself.
Want the full story?
I wrote a mini book just for you! It’s called Did Wellness Damage My Metabolism?
Inside, I share a little about my own journey and unpack the biggest myths that keep so many of us stuck in the restriction-rebound-repent cycle.
It’s full of the ‘aha’-moments I wish I learned years sooner so you can nurture your metabolism and feel GOOD without overcomplicating it.
